Cost of Luxury values transparency and honesty; COVID-19 has impacted shipping across the retail industry. We are continuously working on our shipping times in an effort to ship products in a way that is both timely and safe. Please allow  2 to 3 weeks for your order to process and ship; though items sometimes arrive sooner than the estimated time.

At Cost of Luxury customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance; we take pride in providing quality products and stellar customer service. We are a new company and are not able to accommodate exchanges or return. Please be on the lookout for updates to our return policy.
